We have opportunities for people with strong people and communication skills to help lead and motivate crew members. As one of four Crew Leaders on Line 4, you will provide leadership, coaching and development to a group of experienced individuals to ensure the safe and effective delivery of results. As a member of the Reduction Leadership team, you will role model strong safety behaviours and possess effective skills in problem solving, planning, prioritising and scheduling.
