The Opportunities

We have four graduate opportunities in the following disciplines:

  • Electrical Engineering
  • Chemical and Process / Materials Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering x two roles

What the roles entail

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of innovative process improvements, work practices and equipment utilisation, to improve productivity and/or cost effectiveness.
  • Evaluating progress and results, recommending changes in procedures or objectives, while becoming a key resource to operational staff.
  • Solving operational issues as well as preparing and coordinating experimental plans.
  • Actively employing problem-solving and project leading methodologies.

We’re looking for people who are:

  • In their final year of a Bachelor degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Committed to working in and contributing to a safe working environment.
  • Excellent communicators (both verbal and written).
  • Flexible and adaptable with the confidence to use initiative.
  • Logical in their decision making with excellent problem solving skills.
