Bell Bay Aluminium has been in operation since 1955 and was the first smelter built in the southern hemisphere. The smelter produces around 200,000 tonnes of aluminium each year and operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. The site has a workforce of 445 employees with an additional 100+ contractors on site at any one time. We are currently seeking expressions of interest for Process Operator roles to join our busy and highly productive operations teams.
Process Operators follow safe working procedures to produce, transport and cast molten aluminium.
Key tasks include:
These are full time roles on a 12 hour continuous day and night shift roster.
