Bell Bay Aluminium is seeking applications for an Operational Crew Leader role.
You will be required to work a 12 hour continuous day and night shift roster.
The key tasks of the role include:
- Leading and developing team members
- Continuously improving the culture of the team through strong and inspiring leadership
- Focusing the team on safe work practices
- Maintaining standards against procedures
- Ensuring the full capability of each crew member is applied in sustaining and improving operations
- Creating engaging and enduring relationships with team members
Previous leadership experience is essential and industrial experience would be well regarded but is not critical. You will be able to communicate well with all levels of the organisation and build and motivate a productive and cohesive team.
