Bell Bay Aluminium is seeking applications for maintenance crew leaders in our Asset & Project Management department.
You will be required to work a 12 hour continuous day and night shift roster and will report to the Superintendent Maintenance.
The key tasks of the role include:
Previous leadership experience is essential and industrial experience would be well regarded but is not critical. You will have a trade or engineering qualification and be able to communicate well with all levels of the organisation and build and motivate a productive and cohesive team.
